Samsung Galaxy S8 / S8 +: update to Android Oreo relaunched

The concerns related to the update to Android Oreo Galaxy S8 and S8 + are corrected in a new version of the firmware that has just been rolled out.

The migration of smartphones Galaxy S8 / S8 + to Android 8.0 Oreo had to be interrupted just days after the availability of firmwares due to impromptu reboots problems.

Two new firmwares G950FXXU1CRB7 and G955XXU1CRB7 are now available for the Galaxy S8 and S8 +, a size of 530 MB for those who had already installed the first firmware or much larger for those who remained on Android 7 Nougat.

SamMobile and GalaxyClub.nl point out that deployments have resumed in Germany, suggesting that other markets will soon follow suit.
