Unveiled by Evan Blass on Venturebeat, they will retain the outlines of the Xperia XA1 and XA1 Ultra with a 5.2-inch Full HD display for the XA2 and a 6-inch Full HD screen for the XA2 Ultra that give the impression of overflowing the frame of the front face.

One of the big changes is the SoC as these new models migrate from Helio P20 to SnapDragon 630, with 3 to 4 GB of RAM and 32 to 64 GB of storage space.
Side photo, the Sony Xperia XA2 will offer a 21 megapixel sensor capable of video recording in 4K and a 7 megapixel module in the front. The Xperia XA2 Ultra will use the same main photo sensor but also a dual 15 megapixel sensor at the front for selfies.
Both smartphones will ship with Android 8.0 Oreo on board. Lower end of the range, the Xperia L2 offers more modest features with a 5.2-inch HD display, and perhaps with Android Nougat.
