A year earlier, AM General contacted the publisher to find an amicable agreement, without result ... Now the case is brought to justice. According to AM General, the publisher has never asked permission or even negotiated contract to integrate Humvees in its games Call of Duty.

Considering the success of Call of Duty, we imagine that the damages and interest requested from the publisher will be proportional and therefore particularly salty.
