The Bluboo S2 with a rotating camera presented at the MWC 2018



Object of several information sometimes contradictory, the smartphone Bluboo S2 will be unveiled at the upcoming MWC show.

  
The Mobile World Congress will be held in Barcelona from February 26 to March 1, 2018 and we will be naturally present. Bluboo will also be unveiling its Bluboo S2 smartphone as soon as the show opens. The main novelty of this smartphone will be the integration of a rotating digital camera.

According to our information, the photo sensor could be a 21 megapixel Sony IMX230, but information is also circulating about a Carl Zeiss technology. Anyway, this sensor can switch from the back to the front.

This concept of rotating photo sensor is a novelty in itself but it is however not very widespread. The swingable part would be made of a special material so that it can withstand more than 100,000 times such use.



As a reminder, the Bluboo S2 will display on a 6-inch screen that should be equipped with a built-in fingerprint reader. The processor will be octocore and with at least 6 GB of RAM.
