Amazon recently announced the redesign of its range of Fire HD tablets with several key refreshes on the version 7 and 8 side.

Amazon has succeeded in gaining a place in the tablet market with its Fire range, even though the brand's products position themselves somewhat behind the global ecosystem of Android thanks to a modified version of the OS that Forced them to embrace the online giant's services.

The brand has succeeded in breaking through well-designed tablets, but above all very accessible to the competition. The Fire HD range has been very successful and it offers a small welcome refresh.

The Fire HD 7 and 8 are equipped with a four-core 1.3 GHz processor and storage space (now expandable via micro SD) ranging from 8 to 32 GB. The new versions gain in comfort since the Fire 7 sees its Picture definition move to 1024x600 pixels and 1280x800 pixels for the HD8.

The evolution will also be appreciated by the nomadic users since the two tablets see their autonomy improved at 8h for Fire HD 7 and 12h for HD 8. Note that the 4G is however still not on the menu of these two tablets.
