The first users of the Galaxy S8 noted that in some cases the display had a very unusual reddish hue. Do not panic, says Samsung.
Some of the first users of the new Galaxy S8 smartphone have had a strange surprise discovering their mobile device: the white displayed on the screen tends to take a reddish hue.
While they are already wondering if they should contact the after-sales service and return their smartphones, Samsung explained that this is not a design problem and that the red hue can in principle be corrected in The smartphone settings.
Some users claim that they can not make it completely disappear by changing the color settings, the Korean group still offers to contact the after-sales service.
The explanation would come from Samsung's choice of reinforcing the red tint of its AMOLED tiles for better rendering. It is likely that the manufacturer offers in the short term an update optimizing the display parameters to give a more candid white.
