Free is no longer at the party in Netflix's monthly barometer of average flows at the most overloaded hours.
Netflix has released its monthly performance index of Internet Service Providers. This index lists the average speeds (excluding cellular networks) recorded by Netflix during peak times.
These Netflix measures are to be considered only in connection with the use of its subscription video-on-demand service.

Free is in conflict with Netflix and has filed a complaint with the Paris Commercial Court. The operator does not wish more to see his name appear in the ranking. This will not be the case for the month of November.
Free is credited by Netflix with an average speed of 1.86 Mbps. The severe fall started since last summer is thus not stopped. This is the new historical low for Free in this barometer. No Netflix on the Freebox and probably a lack of peering agreement could be the reasons for this bad indicator in France and Europe.
At the top of the ranking, SFR THD (fiber and cable) and Bouygues Telecom also recorded a decline in November with respectively 3.61 and 3.46 Mbps. For Orange (3.41 Mbps) and SFR (xDSL, 2.98 Mbps), the situation is rather stable.
