Ubisoft can thank the Nintendo Switch: the publisher makes almost 20% of its sales on the Nintendo platform.
On the occasion of the publication of its quarterly results, Ubisoft confirmed that nearly one in five games sold was intended for the Switch (19%) just behind the Xbox One (20%) and in front of the PC (15% ).
Still under the threat of a hostile takeover bid by Vivendi, Ubisoft also announces record figures with revenue up 65.7% to settle at 466.2 million euros, almost double last year.

And it's above all the Mario + Raving Rabbids franchise: Kingdom Battle that brought the publisher. Released in August on Switch, the title was voted the best French game of the year at the Ping Awards. Nevertheless, Ubisoft continues to show cash in the red with 186 million euros of debt.

The publisher is now also a huge figure in terms of dematerialized content (+ 69.1% over the year), particularly with the "recurring investments of players", ie subscriptions, microtransactions and other additional paid content.
