The study of the final version of iOS 11 GM before the hour makes it possible to obtain many details on the mobile platform but also on the hardware of the future iPhone that will be presented on September 12.

After finding the names of the three iPhone: iPhone 8, iPhone 8 Plus and iPhone X, and unveiled some of their features, developer Steve Troughton-Smith points out a point that has been debating in recent months: the amount of RAM.

According to the latest information available, only the iPhone 8 Plus and iPhone X will receive 3GB of RAM, while the iPhone 8 will remain on 2GB of RAM. Exits therefore the hypothesis of switching to 3 GB of RAM for all the devices.

The three smartphones should offer a new Apple A11 hexacore processor in 2 + 4 configuration (2 powerful hearts, 4 economic hearts), while the current Apple A10 Fusion of the iPhone 7/7 Plus is quad-core.

The iPhone X would also be equipped with a (double) 12 megapixel main photo sensor capable of recording video 4K 60 fps and 1080p 240 fps. On the other hand, the front 7 megapixel photo module will not offer 4K but full HD 30 fps.
