If Google had not told us, it's probably an anniversary date that few internet users would have known about. However, it is not a round number but the 44th anniversary of the birth of hip-hop in the Bronx in New York during a big party.

Google teaches us with a doodle - an event logo - graphic and interactive that throne on the home page of its search engine. The story of the birth of hip-hop is told to us and the surfer can also try his hand at virtual turntables.

 

It is not the first time that a musical doodle is proposed but it is presented as the most complex to date. A technical challenge - including good audio bitrate, synchronization and animations - but also in terms of collaboration with artists.
