SFR Studio: after the football, the operator wants to strengthen in the series and the cinema


After recovering the sporting rights of the European football leagues, the other axis of the content strategy of SFR is made clear with the launch at the end of the summer of a special channel series and films.


SFR is pursuing with determination a strategy of contents which should enable it to propose exclusive offers and bring new subscribers to it. The first part of this plan concerns the recovery of the sports rights of the European football leagues, while it already holds those of the English Premiere League feeding its channels SFR Sport, even if to raise the bid and to risk to put in Difficulty in making the investment profitable.   The other stage of the program, after the SFR Presse Press and Magazines offer, concerns the creation of a channel dedicated to film series and films that will take place at the end of next summer. SFR can already rely on the production studio Altice Studio created last year and has already participated in the creation of several series.
