LG: a smartphone concept with sliding screen

According to split leaks on Twitter, LG is currently preparing an amazing smartphone with a sliding screen.

Slide-out phones have gradually replaced the clamshell mobile phones over the years, before giving way to tactile smartphones. And it's a bit of that sliding phone spirit that LG has taken over in a concept. Unveiled on the twitter profile of Evan Blass, one discovers what could be the LG V30, a terminal that relies on the originality of a second sliding screen to seduce the public. Simply push the main screen upwards to see a second screen dedicated to features adapted to each application. From simple shortcuts to options and settings, the second screen would allow the user to save time by accessing a set of features so far tidy in menus

Of course, this second screen could serve as a keyboard, and thus make it possible not to amputate the display of the messageries or the Internet pages. Unfortunately, this is only a concept that may never be commercialized. It remains interesting to see how manufacturers are interested in original aspects to distinguish themselves from the competition.
