There already exists on the market a host of compact drones attempting to stand out in this market still in the making but between the low quality of the camera on board and the complexity of the steering, there is a certain margin for progress.

This is what the DJI Spark, a quad-type drone weighing no more than 300 g, attempts to fill both advanced control functions and a 12 megapixel camera capable of taking 1080p videos stabilized thanks to arm 2 Axes with UltraSmoooth technology.
The shots take advantage of the many modes of the DJI drones but also of two new ones: Pano to create panoramas horizontales or verticals and ShallowFocus to create a bokeh effect.

Capable of reaching a speed of 50 km / h in sport mode, the DJI Spark ensures a flight time of up to 16 minutes with its LiPo battery and can be piloted up to 2 km distance with the associated radio remote control.
This set of advanced features has a price: the DJI Spark is announced for 599 €, with a Spark Fly More Combo pack adding a battery, the remote control, protections for the blades and a carrying bag for 799 €. The drone is pre-ordered on the official portal DJI, with a delivery from 15 June 2017.
