YouTube: no ads under 10,000 views

 YouTube channels with less than 10,000 views are deprived of ads for their monetization.
A modification was made to the YouTube Partner Program, which allows monetization of content on the online video platform, primarily through the display of advertisements in the videos.   Since yesterday, YouTube channels that account for fewer than 10,000 views can no longer display ads in their videos. No retroactive effect on revenues already generated by channels to less than 10,000 views prior to the implementation of this threshold.   The measure is presented as a fight against abuses with chains trying to earn unduly money. In the line of sight, the chains that glean small gains here and there by conveying content questionable, or even plundering the contents of other channels, but without commitment of a community.  Later, the new channels that will exceed 10,000 views will be subject to a thorough check to decide on their content allows for monetization. If so, advertisements may be displayed.  No coincidence, this turn of the screw comes after the controversy around advertising campaigns displaying for inappropriate content such as incitement to hate.
