Windows 10 Redstone 4 introduces sharing nearby

In particular, echoing Apple's AirDrop, a Near Share feature is introduced in the new preview of Windows 10.

While the first Windows 10 Redstone 4 ISO images are available, a 17035 build is being released in the Fast Channel for Windows Insiders. It introduces a sharing feature called Near Share.

The goal is to facilitate the sharing of files and web addresses, and in this case between computers nearby with Windows 10. This sharing is via Bluetooth. A quick action is proposed for this purpose in the notification center.

Near Share is part of the continuity features and concerns sharing applications such as the Photos application, the Microsoft Edge browser; but also more widely the File Explorer.

Other additions include the ability to limit the bandwidth used for downloads in the foreground. For example, when checking for updates in Windows Update or launching an application download from the Microsoft Store.
Also, mute a noisy tab in Microsoft Edge and save free ebooks in EPUB format.

Note that due to a bug, the build 17035 of Windows 10 Insider Preview is not available to computers with an AMD processor.
