iPhone X: just below the Pixel 2 for the photo, according to DxOMark

The iPhone X is one of the best photophones of the moment according to the ranking of DxOMark, only surpassed by the smartphone Pixel 2.

The iPhone X features a dual vertically oriented photo sensor with a 12 megapixel wide-angle module and f / 1.8 aperture and a 12 megapixel telephoto and f / 2.4 aperture with X2 optical zoom, both modules benefiting from stabilization optical.

With such a configuration, the smartphone can claim to be among the best photophones of the end of the year and this is what DxOMark falls by ranking the iPhone X in its Top 3.
With a score of 97/100, it is positioned at the same level as the Huawei Mate 10 Pro and in front of the iPhone 8 Plus or Samsung Galaxy Note 8. Above, only the Google Pixel 2 smartphone does better with an overall score of 98/100.

For DxOMark, the iPhone X is unbeatable in photo, with a sub-score (101 points vs 99 points) higher than that of Pixel 2, but he loses some points (89 points vs 96 points) in video, especially in low light and because of the presence of high-frequency oscillations sometimes appearing during the recording, even in good light conditions.
