According to analyst Timothy Arcuri of Cowen and Company, this could change this year with the presence of 3 GB of RAM in all mobile devices, namely the iPhone 7S / 7S Plus and the iPhone 8.

The storage capacity will remain similar on the iPhone 7S: 32/128/256 GB while the iPhone 8 will offer only two options: 64 or 256 GB of internal space, taking here information suggested by the research firm Trendforce Earlier in the year.

Other analysts continue to think that the iPhone 7S with 4.7-inch screen will remain on a configuration with 2 GB of RAM.
