The Mate 10 boasts the latest Huawei home processor, the Kirin 970 associated with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage. It features a front-panel fingerprint reader and a 5.9-inch QHD (2560 x 1440 pixels) 16: 9 aspect ratio screen, a dual 12-megapixel RGB and 20-megapixel monochrome photoelectric sensor with Leica optics, a battery of 4000 mAh and Android 8.0 equipped with the EMUI 8.0 overlay.
Bad news, however, the Mate 10 should not go out in France, but its price abroad will be 699 euros.
The Mate 10 Pro offers a 6-inch Full HD + screen (2160x1080 pixels) in 2: 1 format. Internally, you will also find the Kirin 970 processor associated with 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage. There is also the same photo module, battery and fingerprint reader (located on the back this time) as on the Mate 10.
Huawei has insisted on the Kirin 970 since the processor embeds its own chip dedicated to artificial intelligence which should allow to automatically translate the conversations, choose the most suitable photo adjustment, organize only files and photos ...
The Mate 10 Pro will be sold in France from the end of the month at the price of 799 euros, 200 euros less than the iPhone X. It remains to wait for the first benchmarks and user returns to know if it can to compete with Apple's high-end smartphone.
